Several kinds of necessary test items were presented in the process of producing the laminated rubber spring, the test methods and the corresponding data analysis were addressed, and the methods about the selective tests and creep test were proposed as well. 提出了几种橡胶人字弹簧必需进行的试验项目,并对试验方法以及相关数据的分析与处理进行了探讨,从而对橡胶人字弹簧的选配试验以及蠕变试验的方法提出了建议。
In this paper, the laminated spring rate and stresses of leaves are calculated with the principle of complementary energy and obstacle iteration, taking the mounting conditions of the spring into consideration. 本文应用余能原理和障碍迭代法求解板簧的刚度和应力,计算中考虑了上压板长度,下支承长度以及骑马螺栓预紧力矩的影响。
